Operations
Our Operations team is responsible for all accounting, reporting and company secretarial services for our entire range of clients, which includes Limited Partnerships, Investment Trusts, VCTs, Local Authority Pension Funds and specialist Investment Companies.
The main function of the accounting service is the maintenance of accurate and up to date financial and accounting records for our wide ranging client base. This work will include all fund accounting tasks, including the settlement of investment purchases and sales, as well as the preparation of regular Client Reports and the production of statutory interim and annual Financial Statements. The team also co-ordinates the annual audit process for each client fund, as well as providing certain tax services, including the co-ordination of tax returns for each client fund.
The Company Secretarial team provides a complete company secretarial service to each of our client companies that are listed on the London Stock Exchange, specifically the VCTs and the Investment Trusts. This service includes servicing board and shareholder meetings; the production of annual and interim reports and shareholder circulars; the provision of a stock exchange announcements service; and ensuring compliance with company law, corporate governance best practice and FSA regulations.
